The ticket holder will agree to the terms and conditions as set out by the Solstice Festival and in association with The Stonehenge Campsite & Glamping Pods. In order to maintain a safe enjoyable environment.
The ticket holder will follow the fire regulations with regards to erecting all tents and agree to the 3-meter rule on space between tents, The Solstice Festival and the Campsite will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to ticket holder’s equipment or property.
The ticket holder agrees not to use any form of BBQ or fire pit other than the fire pit supplied by Stonehenge Campsite during the festival. And will conduct themselves in a orderly manner. Any form of misconduct will result in the ticket holder and the rest of there party being escorted from the site and NO refund will be given.
All tickets purchased for the Stonehenge Summer Solstice are non – refundable, however it is at the discretion of the Solstice Festival Management to allow tickets to be carried over to the following year or to be transferred to a third party to which the ticket holder will agree to all costs involved, there is an administration fee of £20.00 for making adjustments to any tickets.
All wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival any lost wristbands must be reported at once to the Solstice Festival Management team, where by proof of ticket will be required, failure to comply will result in you being escorted from the festival site.
All grass camping pitches during the festival are non-electric. Electric pitches are only available on the hardstanding pitches, grass pitches are only available on the grounds of medical reasons due to the limited amount and are chargeable at £5.00 per day rate.
Dogs are only permitted with prior written agreement and must be exercised off site and kept on a short lead of no more than 3 meters at all times, dogs are not allowed in the Bell Tent Arena or in the grounds of any of the Glamping units on site.
The Campsite Toilet facilities during the festival are closed, and will remain closed for the duration of the festival, Clean WC’s and showers can be found in the adjacent field with additional WC’s located in the top of the Campfire field.
No music is permitted other than what the festival supplies, live performance’s take place daily from around midday and are located in the barn.
Group booking are permitted and will receive a 10% discount per standard ticket price, all other offers will not be accepted on a group booking.
Coach travel to the stones is on Thursday evening from 21.00pm – 23.00pm and is only permitted for festival ticket holders with overnight accommodation, festival day tickets do not permit travel via coach to the stones, travel to the stones for day ticket holders is available at a cost of £10.00 each way and must be purchased in advance only.
Day tickets to the Festival will be available and are a limited number per day, day tickets are available from 10.00am to 23.00pm, wristband must be worn at all times. there is no onsite car parking for day ticket holders, there is parking available for day ticket holders at the Bell Inn at Winterbourne Stoke at a rate of £5 per day payable to the Bell Inn.
Evening tickets are available upon request, these are limited and are only valid from 18.00pm to 23.30pm and must be purchased in advance wristbands must be worn at all times. No on-site car parking is available for evening tickets, car parking is available off site at the Bell Inn at Winterbourne Stoke a short walk away.
The Stonehenge Solstice Festival is a drug free zone, any ticket holder in possession of illegal drugs will be reported to the police as we have a zero-tolerance policy on drug use on The Campsite.
No noise is permitted after midnight or before 09.00am, please respect our neighbours thank you.
All tents must show a valid tent tag, no tent showing a valid tent tag will be removed and disposed of, the campsite or the festival will not be held responsible for such an action.
All ticket holders are responsible for supplying their own sleeping arrangements in the form of a tent or motorhome/ campervan, unless you have booked for a glamping pod or Bell tent where additional charges apply.
Ticket price includes camping to the value of tickets purchased example – 2 tickets allows a 2 man tent, over sized tents are charitable at the rate of £25 per night.
Departure will be the 22nd June by midday all departures after this time will fall into the remit of Stonehenge Campsite and charges will apply for late departures.
